For over 60 years, the mission of Teen Challenge has remained the same: We partner with God to see broken lives restored by the power of relationship with Christ. In addition to our residential training centers, outreach to our local community is a priority at EATC. Men, women, and adolescents can find restoration and healing through our Outreach and Crisis Counseling office in Roanoke.
Our outreach staff provide crisis counseling and work with hurting individuals who need drastic change through short-term or long-term residential care. We will walk you through the difficult process of finding the right program for you or your loved one. Once they are enrolled, the miraculous journey of healing and transformation can begin!
We want to see people become set free from life-controlling issues, so we work to see that their destructive patterns are broken permanently. Our outreach staff host group studies on a weekly basis, providing training in life skills and biblical principals. To become a part of a weekly group study, contact Quan Roman at (540)-855-7580.
Staff and students of Eastern Appalachian Teen Challenge participate weekly in radio outreach near our office in Downtown Roanoke. A radio transmitter plays a loop of recorded testimonies, while staff and students hold signs near the road for oncoming traffic to tune in. Our students learn to share the Gospel and pray for the city.
If you or a loved one are struggling with life-controlling issues, or if you want to become a part of a group study, reach out to us!
